Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 55jj. 55jj currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 55jj does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which 55jj bears no responsibility.
Deposits to your 55jj account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. 55jj reserves the right to return funds and request re-submission via a verified personal payment method if a third-party source is identified.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. 55jj reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing withdrawal requests. Bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be made. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated clearly at the point of offer. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirement completion — contribution percentages by game type are specified within each promotion's terms.
55jj employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting for bonus farming, low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 55jj reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and in serious cases, close the account.
Bonus funds and associated free bets that are not utilised within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of and comply with all applicable expiry dates.
All games available on the 55jj Platform — including live casino titles (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), RNG slots, RNG table games, and sports betting markets — operate in accordance with their respective individual game rules as published on the Platform. All RNG games use certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The outcomes of all games are determined solely by the applicable game mechanics and chance; 55jj does not and cannot predetermine any outcome.
55jj reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including in cases of: system errors, manifest pricing errors, suspicious betting patterns, integrity concerns, or where a wager would exceed applicable bet limits. A wager is considered accepted only once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued to the player.
All cricket and PSL betting markets, including in-play markets, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published within the 55jj sportsbook. In-play odds are subject to real-time fluctuation. 55jj will not be responsible for connectivity issues, network delays, or browser problems that prevent a player from placing or modifying a bet. Settlement of cricket and PSL markets will be based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the PCB for PSL fixtures).
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome or recording of a game or bet, 55jj reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. No further compensation will be payable in respect of such malfunctions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55jj shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 55jj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
55jj's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 55jj's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
